Q. Does Salono charge commission on bookings?
A.

No. You pay one flat fee per user, per month. We never take a percentage of your bookings. Online card payments carry the standard processing fee of 1.5% + 20p per transaction, paid to the payment provider.

Q. Is Salono a marketplace?
A.

No. Your clients book directly with you, on your domain, with your branding. There are no competitor listings, no "you might also like", no marketplace sitting between you and the people who pay you.

Q. Will my clients see Salono branding?
A.

The booking experience is fully white-label. Your salon name, your colours, your domain. A small "Powered by Salono" line appears at the bottom of the widget. That is it.

Q. How does switching from another platform work?
A.

Two ways. Self-service: export from your current platform and use our CSV import tool, free with every plan. Managed: a migration specialist handles the lot for a one-off quoted fee. We will tell you which suits when we see your data.

Q. Are there any contracts?
A.

No. Rolling monthly subscription. Cancel any time from your account settings. Your data is yours and we keep it safe for thirty days in case you change your mind.

Q. What counts as a user?
A.

Anyone who logs in to manage bookings, clients or settings. Owners, stylists, therapists, receptionists. Clients who book appointments are not counted.
