Bring your data with you
Changing booking software should not mean retyping your client list or rebuilding your menu from scratch. When your current system can supply a spreadsheet or CSV, you can import it into Salono. Align the columns, review the preview and go live when the figures look right.
What usually transfers
Each platform exports in its own format. We look at your file and tell you what will import cleanly and what may need a manual tidy. In many cases we can bring across the following.
Clients and contacts
Names, telephone numbers and email addresses into Salono profiles, where the export is clear enough to map reliably.
Services and menu
Service names, durations and prices so you are not rebuilding the menu entry by entry.
Staff and columns
Staff names and rota columns when the file includes them, so the diary matches who works on the floor.
Appointments and history
Past and future appointments as far back as your old system allows. We agree scope before we commit to dates or volume.

Importing your own files through Salono is free. You pay only when you want our time to run the migration, interpret a difficult export or investigate what your previous supplier can still provide.

Free
Export from your current system, upload into Salono, map the fields and complete the import. There is no charge for that path.
We run it for you
Quoted fee
We handle export, mapping, import and validation, or work through what your old system can still produce when the layout is uneven. The fee reflects time and complexity; we agree the number before we start.

Once we understand your previous system and the shape of your data, we return a straightforward quote that spells out what is included, what would sit outside the scope and roughly how long it will take. No surprises on scope, then we agree price.
