Salono was built inside a salon

We spent months talking to hair stylists, salon owners, aestheticians, and spa managers. The tools they were using were either too complicated, too generic, or too expensive. Some were using spreadsheets. Most were still taking bookings by phone.

The question we kept coming back to

What would a booking platform look like if it was designed specifically for beauty professionals, by people who actually understand the industry?

Not a generic appointment tool with a beauty skin on it. Not a complicated enterprise system that needs a day of training to understand. Something built from the ground up around how salons, clinics, and spas actually work.

That question became Salono.
