Pricing & billing
Does Salono charge commission on bookings?
No. You pay one flat fee per user, per month. We never take a percentage of your bookings. Online card payments carry the standard processing fee of 1.5% + 20p per transaction, paid to the payment provider.
Is there a free trial?
Better. Your first month is free, with full access to every feature, so you can see exactly how Salono works for your business. After that, it is £19.99 per user, per month.
What happens after my free month ends?
You add your payment details and continue at £19.99 per user, per month. If you decide not to continue, your account is paused and your data is kept safe for 30 days.
Are there any contracts?
No. Rolling monthly subscription. Cancel any time from your account settings. Your data is yours and we keep it safe for thirty days in case you change your mind.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs in to manage bookings, clients or settings. Owners, stylists, therapists, receptionists. Clients who book appointments are not counted.
Your brand & clients
Is Salono a marketplace?
No. Your clients book directly with you, on your domain, with your branding. There are no competitor listings, no "you might also like", no marketplace sitting between you and the people who pay you.
Will my clients see Salono branding?
The booking experience is fully white-label. Your name, your colours, your domain. A small "Powered by Salono" line appears at the bottom of the widget. That is it.
Switching & setup
How does switching from another platform work?
Two ways. Self-service: export from your current platform and use our CSV import tool, free with every plan. Managed: a migration specialist handles the lot for a one-off quoted fee. We will tell you which suits when we see your data.
Support
How do I get support, and how quickly will you reply?
Email hello@salono.co.uk or use the contact form. Support runs Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm UK time, and we aim to reply to every message within one business day. Every message reaches a person who knows the industry, not a ticket queue.
What happens if something urgent goes wrong?
Tell us in the subject line. We treat anything that stops you trading, like bookings or payments, as a priority and get to it first.
Do you guarantee uptime?
We work hard to keep Salono fast, secure and available, and give reasonable notice before any planned maintenance. We do not currently offer a formal uptime guarantee. Anything we commit to in writing is set out in our terms of service.
