Every message reaches someone on the team who understands a working day in the chair, not a call centre reading from a script. We read what you have sent, answer the actual question, and stay with it until it is sorted.
If something is stopping you trading, a booking system that is down or a payment that will not go through, call us on 07346 810759 or send a direct message. Anything that stops you earning is treated as urgent and dealt with first.

We commit to 99.9% availability, measured each calendar month. If we fall short, you are owed service credits against your next bill, no quibbling.
Any credit is applied automatically to your next invoice, so there is nothing to claim. Scheduled maintenance (for which we give reasonable notice) and events outside our control are excluded, and the credit is the sole remedy for missed uptime. The binding detail, including how availability is measured, is set out in our terms of service.
