Inside the platform

One service menu,
not three spreadsheets.

Tiered pricing, processing time, add-ons and packages, defined once and respected everywhere: the diary, the booking page and the till all read from the same menu.

The problem it exists to fix.

The price list exists in several versions.

One on the website, one laminated by the till, one in someone’s head. Clients quote whichever is cheapest, and someone has the awkward conversation.

Real services do not fit crude time slots.

A colour has development time where the chair is free. Software that cannot model that either blocks chairs it should not or books them when it must not.

How Salono handles it.

01

Tiered pricing

Director, senior and graduate pricing on the same service, shown correctly wherever the client books.

Stylist tiers Consistent everywhere No surprises
02

Processing time, modelled

Development and finishing time built into the service, so the diary can use the chair while the colour does its work.

Development time Chair released Smarter diary
03

Add-ons and packages

Treatments, finishes and bundles attached at booking, priced properly and added to the same appointment.

Add-ons Packages Bundled pricing
04

Show it where you choose

Hide a service from online booking but keep it at the desk, or run desk-only pricing for the things that need a conversation first.

Per-channel visibility Desk-only services Your menu, your rules

What it looks like in practice.

01

Define the menu once

Services, durations, processing time, tiers, add-ons and packages, set up in one place, with the free import bringing across what you already have.

02

Everything reads from it

The diary, the booking page and the till all use the same menu, so a price changed once is changed everywhere.

03

Tune it as you learn

Seasonal services, price rises and new packages roll out in minutes, with per-channel control over what shows online.

£19.99

One month free for early-access members, while the offer lasts

Services & pricing is included on every plan, alongside every other feature. No tiers, no add-on pricing, no contract.

Change your mind

Cancel during your free months and you pay nothing at all. After that, the subscription rolls monthly.

Questions, answered.

Q. Can the same service have different prices per stylist?
A.

Yes. Tiered pricing lets each stylist carry their own rate on the same service, and clients see the correct price for whoever they book.

Q. How does processing time work?
A.

Services can include development or finishing time during which the chair is released back to the diary, so a colour client processing does not block a cut.

Q. Can I sell packages or add-ons?
A.

Yes. Add-ons attach to a booking at the point of sale or online, and packages bundle services together at the price you set.

Q. Can I import my existing service list?
A.

Yes. Services come across in the same free CSV import as your clients, and the managed migration handles awkward exports.

Q. Can I hide some services from online booking?
A.

Yes. Visibility is per channel, so services can be online, desk-only or both, which suits anything that needs a consultation before a price.

Works hand in hand with staff & rotas, booking page, smart bookings.

Built around you,
not the other way round.

Salono launches in August 2026. We are working with a small number of industry professionals to shape the platform before then. Add your business to the early access list and we will be in touch.

The Salono difference
01

Built from inside the industry

We come from the salon floor. The daily challenges are not research for us, they are background. Salono is the software we wished we had.

02

Designed against the admin

Every feature exists to take a job off your evening. Less reception, fewer spreadsheets, less chasing. More chair time, more clients, more revenue.

03

Shaped by independent owners

The roadmap is what owners ask for, in the order they ask for it. Not what we think they need. Your feedback decides what ships next.
